◇Round One
 Incline: carioca each side (30 seconds)
 Incline: high knees forward (30 seconds)
 and walk/run forward (30 seconds)
 Dual: alternating forward lunge with
 alternating unilateral press (one minute)
 Dual: alt reverse lunge with alternating
 pull to tricep extension (one minute)
 Vibration: burpees (one minute)
 Vibration: reverse bridge (one minute)
◇Round Two
 Incline: walk/run forward (30 seconds)
 and skip forward (30 seconds)
 Incline: walk/run backwards (30 seconds)
 and skip backwards (30 seconds)
 Dual cable: low to high traveling rotation (one minute)
 Dual cable: alternating forward lunge
 with bilateral biceps curls (one minute)
 Vibration: squat to unilateral shoulder press(30 seconds) each arm
 Vibration: hamstring stretch/recovery (one minute)

 Cycling- 3 minutes (above 200 watts)
 Kayaking- 1 minute
 Swimming- 1 minute (each)
 Shot Put-1 minute
 Volleyball- 1 minute
 Soccer- 1 minute
 Gymnastics- 30 seconds (hold at the top)
 Basketball- 1 minute
 Running- 30 seconds (full sprint)
 Tennis- 1 minute
 ***Repeat 3 times***
